STAFF POLICY GUIDELINES

1
Introduction
Trust Contract
Service (Pvt.) Ltd. is a service provider which has entered into
agreements with a number of clients to provide services of various
natures to these clients. These services are carried out by employees
of TCS who have been deputed to the organizations of our clients
for this purpose.
This Manual sets out
policy and administrative guidelines to be followed by all employees
of Trust Contract Service (Pvt.) Ltd. currently deputed at various
organizations with which TCS has entered into the aforementioned
agreements.
Deviations: Any
deviation to these policies requires the approval of the Managing
Director of TCS.

TRUST CONTRACT SERVICE
(PVT.) LTD.STAFF GUIDELINES
The staff deputed to Our
Client are employees of Trust Contract Service (Pvt.) Ltd. and
are deputed as per terms of the agreement, At no time should they
be allowed to represent or pose themselves in any way as employees
of our Client.
Employees of Trust Contract Service (Pvt.) Ltd.
are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, devote
time; attention and skill required for proper performance of services
and are under obligation to maintain the confidentiality of the
information, which they may receive from time to time during their
deputation with other organizations.
Trust Contract Service (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the
right to move / transfer any employee during the tenure of their
employment with TCS., within the current organization or to another
organization based solely on the discretion of TCS management.
TCS will be exclusively responsible for payment
of salary and other emoluments and providing the benefits to which
each TCS em0ployee is entitled under terms and conditions of his
/ her appointment with TCS.
The guidelines issued by TCS
to its employees deployed at Our Client shall not in any way establish
impliedly or otherwise, any relationship of employer and employee
between Our Client and the employees of TCS.

TCS
STAFF DOCUMENTATION
Documentation:
• TCS will maintain
the following documentation for their staff:
• Applicant’s resume
• Disclosure Policy form
• N.I.C. copy
• Passport size photographs x 2
• References x 2
• Copy of appointment letter duly acknowledged by employee
• Copies of Educational Documents
• Premises access card
• Previous employment certificate (if applicable)
• Group Life Insurance nomination forms
All above documents need to
be completed and submitted to TCS within 15 working days of date
of appointment. TCS will not issue salary or any compensation
to the staff member until all documentation is complete and received
by TCS.
Reference Checks::
TCS will conduct background screening and reference
checks for all selected candidates. TCS reserves the right to
share this information with the concerned organization(s) where
TCS staff are deputed. In the event of an unsatisfactory or negative
reference, TCS reserves the right to remove or replace the concerned
staff member from the job.
Mandatory Probation: All
new staff hired by TCS will go through a Probationary period,
as specified in the appointment letter. Probation is generally
of a three-month period. During probation, TCS will evaluate performance
of the staff.
TCS staff who are on probation may resign from service by giving
TCS 24 hours notice.
During the probationary
period, services of TCS staff may be released from service at
any time by TCS, by giving 24 hours notice.

LEAVE ENTITLEMENT
LEAVE:
All TCS staff are entitled to annual, medical and casual leaves.
TCS staff must adhere to the following procedure for staff leave
of any kind:
• Complete the relevant
Leave Application Form
• Submit the application form to TCS.
• Leave entitlement will be pro-rated for staff who join
TCS during the year.
Privilege Leave Entitlement (If applicable)
TCS staff are entitled to 20 calendar days privilege leave each
year. (If applicable)
Privilege leave cannot be
carried over to the next year and will be considered as lapsed
in the event a staff member does not avail his/her leave in the
current year.
Advance Privilege
Leave (If applicable)
TCS staff may avail up to 10 days Advance Privilege Leave from
the following year’s leave entitlement subject to approval
from TCS This will be deducted from the following year’s
Privilege Leave entitlement.
Privilege Leave Encashment
(If applicable)
TCS staff are encouraged to avail their annual leave. However,
in cases where business exigencies require that employees cannot
be released, staff may encash up to a maximum of 6 days PL in
a calendar year subject to approval by TCS. Any unavailed leave
in excess of six days will be considered lapsed.
Sick Leave
TCS staff are eligible to 8 days Sick Leave each year with full
pay.
Staff who avail more than two days Sick Leave at a time are required
to submit a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Sick leave cannot be carried
over to the next year.
In case of prolonged illness
i.e. more than 8 days, Sick Leave may be combined with Privilege
Leave subject to approval of the TCS officer.
Casual Leave
TCS staff are entitled to 10 days Casual Leave per year. Casual
leave cannot be availed for more than 3 days at a stretch. In
the event casual leave is extended for more than 3 days at a time,
it will be considered as Privilege leave.
Casual leave cannot be carried over to the following
year.
Maternity Leave
TCS staff who are expectant
mothers are eligible to 60 days Maternity Leave with full pay
per childbirth. Maternity leave may be combined with privilege
leave subject to approval of the TCS officer.
